Embroidery Notes:
Embroidered text can be added to your bear as an ADDITIONAL EXTRA at $10 per panel
Text is best placed on the footpads to leave the tummy free for emblems, buttons collars etc. However, if you’d prefer text on the tummy piece, please make note of this in your order form (just note embroidery on the tummy may limit the use of button-downs, zippers, or emblems on that area).

You only need to send one item (child size 8 or above). However at least two provides a beautiful contrast on your bear.
However, you can provide as many items as you wish to have included!

We can use shirts (button-up or polo), dresses, skirts, pants, blazers, jumpers, and even accessories like ties or hair bows. Emblems, collars, buttons, and zippers can often be featured in your bear’s design.

Yes! I’ll do my best to feature your preferred elements (like emblems or collars). You’re welcome to leave a note with your design requests, and I’ll accommodate them where possible.

Each bear sits at approximately 25cm tall.

You can personalise your bear with a name, “Class of ____,” or a special message from you. Embroidery space is limited, so shorter messages work best, especially for the footpads.

Yes, any significant leftover fabric will be returned with your finished bear, unless otherwise requested.

Turnaround time varies depending on demand, but you’ll be given an estimated timeframe when we receive your clothing items. Orders for special occasions (like end-of-year graduations) are best placed early.

This is an exclusive design and price chosen for School Leavers Bears only. If you’d like a different animal, you’re most welcome to order any other design from the selection and pay the normal price listed. Regular keepsakes are also slightly larger at approximately 30cm tall and more intricate, so may need at least 2 items to create.

No. If you are supplying a bow or tie, I will add it to your keepsake for FREE.
If you don’t have a bow and would like me to make one from leftover pieces, then you must add a ‘bow/bowtie’ to cart.
